Samsung Galaxy Fold arrives in PH through top telcos

Hot on the heels of its global launch, Samsung is bringing to the Philippines the Samsung Galaxy Fold through leading telecommunication providers Globe and Smart.

The Galaxy Fold combines users’ favorite smartphone and tablet features to deliver a new kind of mobile device and a first-of-its-kind user experience.

When closed, users can access essentials on the cover display comfortably with one hand, and when opened, they can explore new ways to multitask, watch videos, play games, and more, on its immersive 7.3-inch Infinity Flex Display.

Samsung worked alongside partners to create an entirely new UX that will change the way mobile devices are used and to take full advantage of the foldable design with its cover and main displays. As a result, the device opens up new possibilities for users.

“We are thrilled to bring this new form factor that will unfold a first-of-its-kind user experience," said Jerry Mañus, Head of IT and Mobile, Samsung Philippines.

"We also want to make this experience even more meaningful by including premium services exclusive to our Galaxy Fold users.”

The category-defining foldable device will be on offer in limited quantities through preorder only. The Galaxy Fold will come with exclusive premier services such as Samsung Concierge and Samsung Care+.

Samsung Concierge gives access to specialized customer care programs including a 24/7 dedicated hotline, free pickup and delivery assistance, and service express lanes, among others. Besides, customers get to directly consult with the company's tech experts for any queries.

Meanwhile, Samsung Care+ is a hassle-free year-long program that assists Galaxy Fold owners for any emergency concerns. It also includes repair coverage for one year.

Be one of the first few to own the Samsung Galaxy Fold. Interested customers can avail of the Galaxy Fold through Globe and Smart through their respective plan offers.
