Globe At Home Powers Digital Learning for Public Schools with WiFi2TEACH Program

With the recent opening of classes for public schools, the shift to distance learning poses a challenge for both teachers and students. Aside from navigating this new way of learning, they also have to think about where to get devices such as laptops and tablets they can use for classes, and of course, access to a reliable home internet connection. Under its WiFi2TEACH program in collaboration with the Department of Education (DepEd), Globe At Home has begun carrying out its pledge to support public schools, by donating 2,000 modems to selected teachers who need strong connection to fulfill their duty of teaching students remotely. From September 1-30, for every Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi unit sold on Lazada , P100 was donated to help provide the modems for this program. Join the 100 Steps Challenge for 'Pantawid ng Pag-Ibig': SKY PARTNERS WITH RUNRIO FOR VIRTUAL RUN

Runners now have a chance to quench their thirst to complete a marathon even in the new normal sans the crowds and throng of other runners as SKY presents the third and final leg of the RUNRIO Trilogy Run Asia Virtual Run happening from November 28 to December 12. In a virtual run, participants can run the distance they registered within their neighborhood or even on a treadmill at home. They are required to use a GPS-tracking app and a watch to time their run.
