Shopee and Samsung Electronics recently revealed a regional partnership to boost consumer outreach in Southeast Asia. Samsung’s partnership with Shopee will expand its reach to online shoppers, leveraging Shopee’s consumer base to engage more than 200 million users across the region.
As part of the regional partnership, both companies will renew their commitment to providing consumers with convenience and increased access to quality products on-the-go. Shopee will also be rolling out interactive consumer engagement features to entertain users as they shop on the move.

With over 95% of orders on Shopee made through mobile phones, the joint partnership will focus on mobile-first engagements. This is especially vital as Southeast Asian consumers are one of the most engaged mobile internet users in the world. Shopee’s user interface is optimized for mobile, making purchases of Samsung’s products on mobile phones simple and seamless.

Shopee and Samsung Electronics will also launch “Now’s Your Chance”, a regional-led campaign aimed to deepen engagement with consumers. The campaign will be launched across six markets in Southeast Asia and will have interactive features to entertain users. Campaign highlights include:
1. Follow the Store Raffle: Those who follow the Samsung Official Store on Shopee can win exciting prizes including a Galaxy A10, the ‘TV Mate’ Soundbar or a 24”. FHD monitor.
2. Piso Game: Shopee will give consumers a chance to score the Galaxy A10 for just PhP 1.00.
3. Shopee Live: Viewers can also get a chance to win a Galaxy A50, a Samsung refrigerator, a soundbar or a gaming monitor when they join Shopee on Facebook Live.
