The Samsung PASS10N Lab campaign, a series of workshops that allow today's generation of trailblazers find their tribe, whether it’s in entrepreneurship, photography, videography, fitness, included an exclusive session for gamers as well.

For its fifth leg, the tech giant invited radio DJ and gamer enthusiast Gino Quillamor together with mobile gamers for a friendly tournament with the help of the next-generation Samsung Galaxy S10.

Quillamor is a self-confessed geek who traces his history with playing to childhood. His earliest memory is of a simple game where he simply had to jump over obstacles. Since then, he has moved up to full-blown roleplaying games (RPGs) on different platforms, especially mobile.

“On mobile, the smartphone can make or break the gaming experience,” says Quillamor. “Many of the good titles have heavy graphics so you need a high-powered device to fully enjoy it. The Galaxy S10 lets me be part of the match without any lags.”

The next-generation Galaxy S10 is a smartphone designed for gamers, as its 8nm mobile chipset boosts CPU and GPU performance. This way, Quillamor can play multiple games at once without slowing down. It also optimizes battery, CPU, RAM, and even device temperature so the radio DJ can excel in the multiple facets of his life, whether personal or professional.

For longer hours of gaming, an astounding feature of the Galaxy S10+ that will surely benefit any gamer is its large battery capacity at 4100mAh (the S10e has 3100mAh, while the S10 has 3400mAh), making sure users will have uninterrupted mobile gaming experience.

Playing takes on a life-like quality with the world’s first Dynamic AMOLED Display of the Galaxy S10. The smartphone delivers cinema-grade visuals with vivid colors and pictures, transporting the player to any competition he is in.

The Galaxy S10 is also complemented by the near bezel-less Maximized Infinity Display. It features a wider 19:9 screen-body ratio and a punch-hole display for the front camera means players can enjoy an immersive experience without any interruptions. At the same time, they can play all day as the Galaxy S10 automatically reduces blue light emissions by forty-one percent.

“The Galaxy S10 allows me to not just play the game but be in it,” shares Quillamor. “The combination of visuals and the borderless display makes every performance feel like an adventure I truly am a part of.”
