Seagate FireCuda 510 SSD Review: Performance Booster

Seagate FireCuda consists of internal storage solutions primarily designed for PC gaming. As today's PC gaming involves graphically-rich, large-size game titles, it means that the storage solutions for this activity must be fast and ample. Seagate FireCuda addresses these requisites with two current solid-state drive (SSD) models: the 520 and the 510. Let's take a look at the latter.

We put to the test the FireCuda 510 SSD on a desktop PC powered by an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor. The PC also uses an MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WiFi motherboard with 8GB RAM, running on Microsoft Windows 10 Pro. Running CrystalDiskMark, the FireCuda 510 even managed to break its advertised speeds, reaching up to 3480/3060MBps sequential reads/writes.
