PH bags DOTA 2 crown at Predator League APAC Finals
Predator League Asia-Pacific Finals 2019’s three-day tournament in Bangkok, Thailand concluded on a high note with a big win for the Philippines as all-Filipino eSports team TNC Predator bags the championship crown in the DOTA 2 category. TNC Predator won the category after defeating BOOM ID of Indonesia, taking home the Predator League Asia-Pacific symbolic shield as a trophy with $75,000 cash prize and a Predator Helios 500 gaming laptop. First runner-up BOOM ID brought home a cash prize of $30,000, while GeekFam of Malaysia finished second runner-up with $15,000 cash prize. The seven other eSports teams that competed in DOTA 2 include ALPHA Red (Thailand), Signify (India), X (Singapore), PnXIndomitus (Sri Lanka), yG (Mongolia), LOTAC (Malaysia), and Flash Gaming (Myanmar).
