Xiaomi donates $200,000 for Typhoon Rai victims in Philippines, Malaysia

Xiaomi has announced that World Vision Philippines and Yayasan Food Bank Malaysia will each receive a donation of $100,000 from Xiaomi Foundation Limited to support those affected by Typhoon Rai in the Philippines and Malaysia. In the Philippines alone, based on the country's disaster council, more than 870,334 families or 23,380,167 individuals have been impacted by Typhoon Rai, and over 348,642 houses damaged. Hundreds and thousands of volunteers are working around the clock to help those affected and to provide survival essentials such as food and water, hygiene kits, kitchen and cooking sets, emergency shelter kits, and more. 1300 MWh! Huawei wins contract for world's largest energy storage project

Huawei Digital Power has concluded its Global Digital Power Summit 2021 in Dubai, UAE, with more than 500 participants from 67 countries attending, on October 16. At the summit, Huawei Digital Power signed a key contract with SEPCOIII for the Red Sea Project with 400 MW PV plus 1300 MWh battery energy storage solution (BESS), which is currently the world’s largest energy storage project. Huawei's Ryan Ding: Green 5G networks for a low-carbon future
