Eastern Communications's rebranding campaign feted
Eastern Communications took home a Quill for their Our Strong Connection Campaign at the recently concluded 16th Philippine Quill Awards at the Marriott Grand Ballroom. Its entry, Eastern Communications’ Our Strong Connection – The Internal Campaign of Eastern Communications Re-branding received an Award of Merit in the Communication Management Division under Internal Communication Category. Organized by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the Philippine Quill Awards recognizes communication agencies and companies for achieving the highest Global Standard for business communication practices and setting the standards of excellence. Eastern Communications relaunched its brand through the “Our Strong Connection” campaign last year. The campaign’s clarion call was to “bring back the human connection in the business of communications technology” and highlighted its unique brand of “high tech and high touch” service.
