Philippine Red Cross Recognizes Honda Philippines Inc. for Humanitarian Service

The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) recently awarded Honda Foundation, Inc. (HFI) the Outstanding Humanitarian Award for Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR). The recognition was for the initiative and support for the organization’s efforts in in helping communities in times of calamities and amid the pandemic. In May 2020, HFI donated 104 motorcycle units—52 red units each of TMX125 alpha and Wave 110 alpha—with insulated top boxes to PRC. These motorcycles will be used by PRC volunteers and staff in its 104 Chapters nationwide. Bike for Good: Baker John partners with GMA Kapuso Foundation for Livelihood Project

Baker John, Universal Robina Corporation’s (URC) brand of bread, recently teamed up with GMA Kapuso Foundation for the “Bike for Good” project. J&T Express donates goods for Catanduanes, Albay

J&T Express, a leading e-commerce delivery service provider in Southeast Asia, recently conducted the “Oplan Catanduanes and Albay” project, which aims to provide relief supplies for communities most affected by a series of typhoons that struck the country a few weeks ago. In partnership with 901st Coast Guard Auxiliary Squadron Albay, J&T Express donated 2,000 bags of five kilograms of rice and 2,000 gallons of six-liter distilled drinking water, which will be distributed to affected families in Catanduanes and Albay.
